What the payment covers
Premium pays for the monitoring service. Admission tickets are purchased separately from the official Warner Bros. Studio Tour checkout.
Before you activate Premium
- Choose only dates your whole party can attend.
- Use the party size you need to book together.
- Treat a notification as an opportunity to check, not a reservation or guarantee.
- Review the order summary before continuing to Stripe Checkout.
No-alert money-back guarantee
For eligible Premium purchases made from 3 September 2026, if the complete 30-day monitoring period ends without any successfully delivered matching-availability alert, you can use the private guarantee link from your activation email to request an automatic refund. The link remains open for 30 days after monitoring ends.
- The guarantee covers the £4.99 monitoring fee, not admission or travel costs.
- A successfully delivered matching email, Telegram or SMS alert makes the purchase ineligible.
- The guarantee does not promise that tickets will remain available or that checkout will succeed.
- Refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method.
